February Vocal Health Tip — Sing Like You Love Your Voice
Cold weather plus heater air plus travel plus workouts = dry vocal folds.
February Focus: Moisture + Fuel
Try to:
• Steam 5–10 minutes daily
• Drink water consistently (not just before singing)
• Eat enough protein if you’re working out
• Avoid intense singing immediately after heavy workouts
• Notice early signs of fatigue (tightness, loss of high range, breathiness)
Your voice is muscle + tissue + emotion.
Take care of all three.

“Heartbeat Breath”
• Inhale 4 counts
• Pulse “ha ha ha ha” gently on exhale
• Great for breath support + rhythm awareness
