Founder Violet Grae of Grae Agency LA, was able to create a nurturing platform and space for women, LGBTQIA+, and POC entertainers and entrepreneurs. She has efficiently hired a team to effectively run a full faceted boutique dedicated to understanding the quintessence of biases, political issues, racism, and civil unbalance in our country. She took ownership of coordinating logistics, legal, press, securing endorsements, and influencer marketing. Most importantly Violet has became a mentor and a helping force for so many voices that have been unheard.
Since studying at Berklee College of Music in Business Management and simultaneously working for the Vice President of Academic Affairs, Violet has acquired quintessential multi-tasking and decision-making skills early on in her career. This included organizing Berklee’s abundant curriculum, renovating the school’s academic website, as well as facilitating a better communication system between each academic department. She has since teamed up with Revry TV, a global LGBTQ-first streaming network with live TV, movies, series, and news. She was part of organizing the talent and was a featured performer in the very first Pride Campaign with McDonald’s.
Additionally, Violet has previously worked as Senior Director for Tomboi Records, an LGBTQIA+ label A&R department working at the intersection of A&R, legal, talent management, deal negotiations, and finance. Her background in the entertainment industry has fostered connections and relationships to respected media, influencers, and press. Violet is well versed in mitigating and problem- solving for talent on a daily basis.
